Well, the 17th has come and gone and I woke up in San Diego this morning!
After going from Milan to New York to San Diego, I’m finally home with my family. I can make fruit smoothies, hang out with my dog, eat burritos and burgers and bask in the California sunshine… for a few weeks. In five days I head to San Diego Comic Con, then a week after that I’m off to drive across the country to move into my apartment at school.
I honestly can’t even process that I’m already home and Comic Con is next week. Everything went so quickly! The trip started out a little rocky, but ended on a high note with work going well and my trip to Brescia and Verona.
Italy was a good place to spend my summer, and working for Luxos was really wonderful–I would definitely do it again.
Yesterday morning I flew over the Alps and today I’m sitting in sunny San Diego… what a summer. Soon, back to Lehigh to work at a speakeasy bar and learn about Journalism, Jewish Studies and Psychology!
